We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Coatings Technician with at least 6 months of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Gotham Coatings Technician, you’ll play a vital role in applying our high-quality epoxy flooring solutions to a variety of commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for coating application, including grinding, cleaning, and repairing.
- Mix and apply epoxy coatings according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Utilize various tools and techniques to achieve smooth, even, and flawless finishes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in epoxy or similar coatings application.
- Proven ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials, as well as work in various conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
